We are local from Cabarrus County. And I agree, hand whisking seems too hard. I use food processor and slowly add oil. Thanks for a great blog!Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13991290929380939717noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3255311442507171963.post-42650194436133204112011-06-29T07:24:09.815-07:002011-06-29T07:24:09.815-07:00I haven't heard of anyone whisking it for may ...I haven't heard of anyone whisking it for may before till now. Do you use a food processor and drip in a little at a time or do you think an immersion blender would work better?Sarahhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05479642155007055804noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3255311442507171963.post-449136010251701802011-06-27T18:26:41.920-07:002011-06-27T18:26:41.920-07:00Hi, i love your blog. As far as mayo, i've just started making my own, and I can't imagine hand whisking it. I've been using a food processor (or you could probably use a blender) and that's been working well. I also use vegetable oil, but not sure that should make too much of a difference. Thanks for keeping it real on the local food front!Megan Gillandhttp://cookiemcgill.blogspot.com/noreply@blogger.com
